A practical guide to ZLADNO Free and ZLADNO Pro.
Installing Free
- Download zladno-2.0.5.zip.
- In WordPress open Plugins → Add New Plugin → Upload Plugin.
- Install and activate ZLADNO.
Installing Pro
- Activate ZLADNO Free 2.0.5 or newer first.
- Install the ZLADNO Pro ZIP.
- Activate Pro and enter the key under Settings → ZLADNO License.
Your first workspace
Open ZLADNO, choose Create and name the workspace. Only invited members receive access.
Boards
Create private team boards and manage their background, name, members and access level.
Lists
Add, rename, collapse, move and delete lists; drag cards between them.
Cards
Use descriptions, assignees, labels, due dates, checklists, covers, attachments and linked materials.
Members
An administrator manages the WordPress team while workspace owners control board membership.
Files
Files live in private ZLADNO storage and are served only after an access check.
Comments
Free includes text comments. Pro adds replies, reactions, files, voice and discussions attached to specific materials.
Image annotations — PRO
Open an image menu, choose Annotate, add visual notes and save a new version.
Communication — PRO
Channels, direct messages, mentions, replies, reactions, attachments and links to cards or knowledge.
Knowledge Base — PRO
Create categories and pages; manage permissions, favourites, recents, files and cross-links.
Docs — PRO
Univer Docs supports formatting, tables, links, autosave and DOCX, HTML and TXT import/export.
Sheets — PRO
Univer Sheets supports multiple sheets, formulas, formatting and XLSX, CSV and TSV import/export.
Automation — PRO
List rules and reminders handle recurring actions while history records what changed.
Import
Import can create a new material or update the current one after an explicit choice; review format warnings.
Languages
Free includes Ukrainian and English. Pro lets administrators create additional dictionaries.
Light and dark themes
The top-bar switch updates the whole platform, including editors and side panels.
Demo
The public demo creates an isolated temporary session, blocks wp-admin and limits files and object counts.
Licensing
ZLADNO Pro uses a key for the licensed number of sites. Free never requires a key.
Updates
Update Free through WordPress. Pro checks signed AIHubMarket packages through its licence client.
Troubleshooting
Clear page cache, verify the compatible Free version, member access and REST API. Pro can be deactivated temporarily without deleting data.
